DOLLIVER, J.--Richard and Elizabeth Hedreen challenge the unpublished decision of the Court of Appeals, Division One, affirming the trial court's reformation of a lease, into which they entered with R. C. Hedreen Company, to accord with a loan commitment letter issued to them by Washington Mutual Savings Bank. See Washington Mut. Sav. Bank v. Hedreen, noted at 71 Wash. App. 1019 (1993). They also challenge the trial court's ruling, affirmed but not discussed by the Court of Appeals, holding them personally liable to the bank for unpaid loan payments.
