Â§ 47.20 (1974) rendered the loan transaction not usurious. NIERENGARTEN, Judge This appeal is from a judgment entered December 6, 1984. The trial court found that a loan made by appellant Washington Federal to respondents Thomas and Patricia Baker was usurious and thereby void. We reverse.
